Using the Charcoal Mud Mask

Just a quick note about how to use the charcoal mud mask that arrived with the August box. The products we curate for our Uplift boxes are always natural and made with organic ingredients where possible. They are hand-crafted in very small batches and made fresh for our boxes. I wanted to be sure to point that out, as this mask can be a very messy situation if you’re expecting something more commercially produced! This mask has a coconut oil base. Many of you know that coconut oil is temperature-sensitive and hardens below 76 degrees and is liquid above 76. Depending on your climate, you may either have to press into the mask to soften it with the warmth of your fingers, or you may have to put it in the fridge to harden it so that it’s easier to work with. And please be warned: THIS PRODUCT STAINS!
